This is a digital voice service which is the ideal solution for home and business users who want to keep their existing phone number when their copper landlines are ceased. The Premitel VoIP Phone Service also enables our customers to continue using existing devices, such as phones and alarm equipment Our customers are primarily businesses, but we also offer our services to individuals that have complex telecommunications or internet access requirements in their home-offices. Our aim is to ensure that the telecommunications & internet infrastructure & services used by our customers are: cost effective; fit for purpose; and take account of the benefits offered by the latest technology and services. I have received excellent communication and advice and am now in a place where systems have been upgraded but I know I’m just an email or phone call away from support if it is required or something goes wrong. Have already recommended them. || Wayne Randall: premitel.uk – An inexpensive VOIP phone service with outstanding customer support … I upgraded my broadband, but my new ISP didn’t offer a VOIP phone service to replace my old ISP’s landline phone offering. After some research online, I came across Premitel. They offer a VOIP phone service for a rolling monthly fee (other packages are available if you need more inclusive calls). From an initial email to confirm that Premitel’s service would provide what I thought it would, to many emails over a few days to help me to try to get a cheap ATA configured to work with Premitel’s service, the customer support provided by Premitel’s Stephen has been outstanding. He responded multiple times with the values I needed to input into my ATA’s interface to configure it to work with Premitel’s service. He even dug out an old ATA like mine (discontinued by the manufacturer years ago) so that he could provide screenshots of its interface with the fields to be updated highlighted for me, and responded late in the evening when I was struggling to get my cheap eBay sourced ATA to work with their service. Outstanding! Premitel offer an ATA that they’ve preconfigured with the settings required for it to work with their service out of the box. However, if you do try a cheaper option and need any help and advice to get your Premitel service working, you can be sure Premitel will be quick to help (especially if you are fortunate to have your support provided by Stephen.
