Chris fitted an appointment in really quickly and came out to check on a hot/cold issue with the shower. He was able to assure me that the shower was actually fine and that the power was just turned up too high!! He was very helpful and pleasant when explaining this as the fault was clearly mine and not the shower! Really great, rapid and friendly service and I would definitely recommend and use myself in the future || Water pressure of shower had weakened. The problem was very quickly identified and fixed. Unfortunately, it’s likely to be linked to a bigger problem with the water tank which was fully explained to me. Service was very quick, efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend and would use Morningside Shower Services again in the future.
