When we started to consider the refurbishment, we went in, several times and spoke to Wilma, who helped us with designs, fitments and discussed all our options in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Neil, the Project Manager (Bathrooms) visited our house after that and talked things through with us, in a friendly manner giving advice and options when required and carried out a full site survey. Then we got the quotes in and we agreed on a final design. The installation time was a wait of a couple on months, due to their work schedule and being in demand, which we were happy with it. Adam and Paul carried out the work for us, they were excellent, always arrived early, on time, with a friendly manner and were happy to discuss things with us as they went on and were so tidy all the time. They carried out the work with great workmanship and professionalism and are a true credit to the company and the trade, as are all the staff we dealt with. This is not the first time we have used Gibson and Goold, they fitted our Log Burners and Fireplaces a number of years ago and the service has remained at a very high standard. I would happily recommend them if you are considering getting this type of work done. || Mark May: We recently had a new bathroom supplied and fitted by Gibson & Goold. The overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the Bathroom Showroom, Wilma couldn’t have been more helpful with her courteous and friendly way with people. She had bags of patience when we changed our layout ideas and design plans were sent to us promptly, with our follow up queries being answered with quick and calm efficiency over the phone or by email. Neil, her boss who is the Showroom Manager was equally as helpful and he too has a good way with customers. He carries out the site surveys and produces the detailed measurements that Wilma crafts into design plans. Adam and Paul were the fitters and they arrived promptly as planned, continuing the trend of experienced and friendly professionals under G&G, keeping us informed as the job progressed. The lead in time for the installation was quite lengthy compared to other companies but we suspect there’s a good reason for that. Gibson & Goold bathroom side of the business is in demand. Having experienced, first hand, the excellent customer service and high quality of workmanship that runs through the company I can see why. I’d happily recommend them for any bathroom projects. || We have had a great experience with Gibson & Goold in completing our new Bathroom, from initial service in the Showroom to the finished result. The showroom was full of inspiration and the service excellent. The communication throughout was superb and we felt like we knew exactly what was happening when, and the work was completed on time. The team who completed the works ensured there was no disruption to day to day life and left a clean environment.
