Sliders on a kitchen larder unit had been damaged by a fallen jar and the unit was not closing properly. I was concerned I might need a new unit. Iain replied immediately. I called him and he agreed to come out the following morning. He did that and helpfully texted when he was on his way. He adjusted the sliding mechanism in minutes and the unit is working properly again. I asked him to look at faulty hinges on a wardrobe door. He recommended replacement and sent a quote and a proposed date to do the job next week within an hour . All very acceptable to me. Fantastic efficient, effective and pleasant service. I will certainly ask Iain for help again and highly recommend. || Michael: Badly needed several floorboards fixed and the bathroom refurbished with new panels and sealant. Gary from First Fix was perfect exactly what you want from any tradesman great communication before the job and was really happy with the work completed. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to others. || Hazel: Gary fitted new internal doors (most of which were not standard sizes), replaced the skirting boards and door facings. We found Gary to be very reliable, professional, skilled and a very tidy worker. This was the first time we used Gary, but we would not hesitate to book him again or in fact recommend him to others.
