I have recommended them to others and the next door neighbours have used them, and are satisfied too. || Irene Weir: Full bathroom refurbishment and new boiler Donald was recommended to us when we were looking for someone to do a full bathroom refurbishment. We didn’t know where to start because the old bathroom needed a lot of work and had been badly damaged by a previous leak. The bath also had to be replaced with an accessible shower for someone who can no longer use a bath. At our first meeting Donald talked us through various options and explained what was possible in the space we had. He also gave us a lot of options and ideas for decor. When it came to quoting Donald’s quote was competitive and clear. The Akwaplumb team did a full bathroom refurbishment fitting a contemporary shower unit with enclosure, sink, cabinet, led mirror and heated radiator, wet wall panelling and new flooring. The team (Jordan and Roy) arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently and always cleaned and tidied up. The bathroom has been completely transformed and looks very modern and contemporary. Fabulous job. Akwaplumb also fitted a new boiler. This was an emergency job as the previous boiler gave up completely about 2 weeks before Christmas. Even though I know he was really busy Donald rearranged things to get someone out to us quickly. He was always very easy to deal with, clear about what needed to be done and how long it would take.
