(5) They refused to send a telephone engineer to connect us as they only do it remotely. On March 6th my husband’s daughter suddenly died. We had to inform lots of people and other people were trying to reach us regarding the funeral etc. It was nightmare and very sad time for us. We were still trying to get help in early May with no help from the other company. We therefore contacted First City Communications and John came to the rescue. He spent 4 hours re-connecting and sent for a Panasonic KX-TGH723 Triple house phone set, plus a double to suit all our 5 rooms that need a phone. He was so helpful, friendly and worth every penny for his services. We can’t thank him enough.
