Reviews snippet: Steven Beard: Andy replaced our bath with a walk-in shower. I understand that Andy is in high demand, so we had to wait a few weeks before the work could begin. Andy made sure that we got the tiles we wanted, and he helped us choose the shower unit. The work itself was completed to a high standard, the tiles look fantastic, and the shower is working well at time of writing. Andy works very fast, which meant the whole job only took a few days. The only thing that went wrong was that the hot and cold supplies to the shower were connected the wrong way round (because the pipes in our bathroom were not standard), but we didn’t notice until Andy had left. With hindsight, we should have asked for a full demonstration and test before he left for the last time. But Andy was happy to return the next day and correct the problem. He also followed up a few days later to make sure the shower was still working ok and answer our remaining questions.
